Returns & Exchanges Frequently Asked Questions
All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any Da Bomb Apparel Co. location within the same country they were purchased. All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects (refer to manufacturer warranties).
AFTER 30 DAYS:
All merchandise returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase will receive a gift card for the full purchase price on the receipt.
All snowboard related merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.
AFTER 90 DAYS:
After 90 days, all merchandise returned will receive a gift card credit for current retail or lowest promotional price.
No Receipt:
Any returns without a receipt or proof of purchase may be refused or a gift certificate can be issued for current retail or lowest promotional price.
Stash Rewards:
All rewards redeemed on the Da Bomb Apparel Co. using Da Bomb Apparel Co. points are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for points, different rewards, or any other form of compensation.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS:
Clearance items may be customer returns, discontinued inventory, not include original packaging or not be in its originally manufactured condition including being shop worn or have minor blemishes, stains, or small holes. In some instances, these items are repackaged by Da Bomb Apparel Co. . Clearance items can be identified by prices ending in 0.96, 0.97 or 0.98.
In all instances, all sales are final on clearance items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Ways to Receive Your Refund:
All refunds are processed to the original form of payment. Check below for specific circumstances:
- ATM AND DEBIT CARD purchases may receive cash refunds in-store only.
- CREDIT CARD refunds may only be credited to the original credit card. If the original credit card is not an option, a gift card will be provided.
- PAYPAL purchases returned in-store can only be refunded by gift card, for a refund to your PayPal account please mail in your order.
- GIFT CARD refunds greater than $10 can only be refunded by gift card.
- IN STORE PURCHASES mailed to the returns center can only be refunded by gift card. If you would like credit in the original form of payment, please bring your return to a Da Bomb Apparel Co. store.
Please Note: Da Bomb Apparel Co. Points earned from in-store or online purchases will be deducted from your current balance if the items are returned and refunded.

If you’d like to mail your item back to us, visit our Exchanges and Returns page for instructions. Due to delays, it may take us a bit longer to process returns that are shipped back. Thank you for your patience!

Once you have put your return or exchange in the mail, it may take a varying amount of days to be received at our processing center in Bellflower, California.
Once the tracking on your package shows “delivered” to our facility, please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds and exchanges to be processed. We appreciate your understanding if there are delays.
Policies for ordering through Social Media
- Information on your order’s progress can be found within your social media app. You will not be able to track your order on dabombapparel.com.
- No changes can be made to orders once they are placed, including but not limited to: address, name, and email.
- There is a 1-day processing time before shipment for all orders placed on social media. You will receive an email when your order is packed and ready to ship.
Returning items you purchased through Social Media
- Initiate your request for a return through social media.
- You will receive instructions for mailing back your return via email. You can also find those instructions here.
- Items purchased through social media CANNOT be returned in a Da Bomb Apparel Co. store. All social media returns must be mailed in.
- Your refund for a returned social media item will go back to your original form of payment, except in the case of Paypal.
- Items purchased with Paypal will be refunded in the form of a Da Bomb Apparel Co. Gift Card.
Exchanging items you purchased through Social Media
- Visit your local Da Bomb Apparel Co. store.
- You may exchange an item at equal value. If new item exceeds value of exchanged item, customer is responsible for remaining balance.
- Exchanges cannot be completed through our mail in return center, only returns.
